These Terms apply to all visitors, donors, volunteers, buyers, and anyone who submits a help request through our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make donations, or make purchases.
• Minors may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

Registration: You may register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Donations

Voluntary: All donations made through our platform are voluntary. By donating, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours to donate.

Non-Refundable: Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 48 hours at info@sarveabhyutthanam.com and we will review your case.

Use of Funds: Donated funds will be used for the charitable purposes of Sarve Abhyutthanam Foundation as described on our website. We reserve the right to allocate donations to the area of greatest need unless you specify a particular case.

Tax Benefits: Monetary donations may be eligible for 80G tax deduction under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Tax receipts are issued to the email address provided at the time of donation.

Payment Processing: Online payments are processed by Razorpay or UPI. We do not store your payment card information. By making an online payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Physical Donations: When donating physical items (clothes, stationery, toys, etc.), you warrant that items are safe, clean, and fit for use. We reserve the right to decline or dispose of items that are unsafe, damaged, or inappropriate.

5. Volunteer Terms

By registering as a volunteer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information including a valid government-issued ID
• Serve the pincodes you have registered for with reasonable availability
• Treat all donors and beneficiaries with dignity and respect
• Not misuse or misappropriate any donated items or funds
• Promptly respond to or decline pickup requests (within 24 hours)
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and beneficiary personal information
• Report any concerns or irregularities to our admin team

Volunteers serve on a purely voluntary basis with no expectation of payment or employment. Sarve Abhyutthanam Foundation is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during volunteer activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any volunteer who violates these Terms or whose conduct we deem inappropriate.

6. Help Request Submissions

By submitting a help request, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your situation and needs
• Not submit duplicate, fraudulent, or exaggerated requests
• Allow us to verify your information, which may include a phone call
• Allow us to publish your case publicly (with appropriate anonymization) to solicit donations
• Cooperate with our team during the review and fulfillment process

Approval: Submission of a help request does not guarantee approval or financial assistance. All requests are reviewed at our discretion based on available resources and verification.

Fund Disbursement: Funds raised for approved cases will be disbursed by our team directly to the beneficiary or used to purchase the required items. We do not transfer funds directly to third-party bank accounts without verification.

False Claims: Submitting a fraudulent help request is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.

7. Shop & E-commerce

Product Accuracy: We strive to display product information, prices, and images accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Custom T-Shirts: For custom-printed items, you represent that you own or have rights to use any images or text you upload. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from buyer-supplied designs.

Shipping: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds: Custom-printed products are non-returnable unless defective. For defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Standard products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Sarve Abhyutthanam Foundation or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any images or designs you upload for custom products. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for fulfilling your order.
